Welcome to Dockside Aparthotel. By accessing our website and making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Reservations
All reservations must be made either through our website, or by contacting our reservations team at site or through nominated booking sites. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking.

3. Payment
Full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate selected. We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72h prior to your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Specific rates may have different cancellation policies, which will be indicated at the time of booking.

5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay and may be charged accordingly.

We value your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

8. Changes to Terms

10. Minimum Age
Minimum guest age of 21, the hotel reserves the right to ask guests to show proof of age

The hotel has a “No Party” policy

12. Parking
Not available on site. Discounted parking is available within a two-minute walk at The Kings Docks carpark.

13. Security Deposit
A £50 deposit per person is chargeable on arrival and will be refunded on departure. Refer to the registration card on arrival for terms and conditions.
